Teams overperform; teams underperform; teams succeed; teams struggle.
That’s just a fact. They fluctuate in their performance. No-one can resolve that. Teams are made up of humans not robots. However, what we do is evaluate how a team is performing and understand why they are smashing it; or why they are failing. We do this by listening and learning. There is no one answer, no defined approach, no ‘the right way’ to increasing team performance. But there is always a resolution and it’s our job to find it. And we do find it.
